MU President Visits Somali Embassy in Kenya to Strengthen Educational Cooperation

MU President, Dr. Ibrahim Mohamed Mursal, accompanied by the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, Mr. Abdiwali Sheikh Mohamed, paid an official visit to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia in Kenya and warmly received by Somalia’s Ambassador to Kenya, H.E. Jibril Ibrahim Abdulle. Both sides discussed ways to further strengthen educational cooperation between Somalia and Kenya.

During the meeting, the officials discussed ways to further strengthen educational relations and cooperation between Somalia and Kenya. They emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration between universities and educational institutions in both countries in order to create new opportunities for academic development, knowledge exchange, and institutional growth.

The visit forms part of Mogadishu University’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its partnerships and collaborative relationships with educational institutions across the region.
