President of Mogadishu University, Dr. Ibrahim Mohamed Mursal, along with Director of International relations Office, Dr. Daud Ali Aser have paid an official visit to Ibn Haldun University in Istanbul.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan, President of Ibn Haldun University. After meeting and discussions, the two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The main points outlined in the MoU include, student exchange programs, academic staff mobility, joint projects, and scientific studies. To help implement the agreement, it was agreed to establish joint academic commissions between the two universities.
