Human Resource Office is responsible for manpower planning, conducting Job analysis and Job description for the prospective vacancies, conducting market surveys and determining the wages and salaries for different positions in the university, recruiting and selecting the best people for the University. Once the employees are recruited, the HR office has the responsibility of reviewing their performance on a regular basis through proper performance appraisals.

The office also is responsible for providing a regular training and development programmers to the employees, developing employee welfare and motivation programs, addressing employees grievances and maintaining good staff management relations, developing and implementing University HR policies and taking a firm actions against employees who are not following the University code of conduct, rules and regulations.
