Course Description

The course is intended to equip students with relevant experience and the role of nursing in health education (both curative and preventing), skills of promoting and awareness rising, maintains of health prevention of diseases are main component of the course. The course emphasis understand concepts related to health promotion and disease prevention; demonstrate the ability to access valid health information and health-promoting products and services; demonstrate the ability to practice health-enhancing behaviors and reduce health-related risks; analyze the influence of culture, media, technology, and other factors on health; demonstrate the ability to use interpersonal communication skills to enhance health; and demonstrate the ability to advocate for personal, family, and community health.
