Course Description

The course is designed to equip students with certain definition. And uses of statistics. It includes the introduction of Biostatistics; The study elementary of mathematical tools, collection of data, presentation of data, summarizing of data of a quantitative Nature, probability theory – (Binomial & Normal distribution & Confidence intervals) , test of signature and the CHE square test. Some aspects of graphic presentation will also be covered.

Learning Objective

  • After completing this course, the student can ordinarily expect to be able to:
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply fundamental concepts in exploratory data analysis.
  • Demonstrate a well-developed understanding of a theoretical and conceptual framework for quantitative reasoning, The study elementary of mathematical tools, collection of data, presentation of data, summarizing of data of a quantitative Nature, probability theory – (Binomial & Normal distribution & Confidence intervals) , test of signature and the CHE square test. Some aspects of graphic presentation will also be covered
