Course Description

General to the understanding of international financial management is the concept of the exchange rate risks. The economics underlying the determination of exchange rates, their parity relationships and a nation’s balance of international payments will be covered. The foreign exchange markets and the tools that can be used to hedge exchange rates risks such as option, futures and swaps contracts will be discussed.
